Description

USAA is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support our members with insurance sales and service. In this role, you will assist customers with new and existing policies, provide accurate insurance advice, process billing and payments, and ensure members have the right coverage.

We provide a comprehensive 6-month paid training program (including licensing costs) to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Answering calls, emails, and online queries
Helping people take out new insurance, make changes, or understand their policies
Giving proper advice so members are covered correctly
Explaining billing, payments, and claims
Working with different systems while still keeping conversations smooth
Staying up to date with compliance and insurance regulations

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12) or GED equivalent
Up to 1 year experience in customer service or sales (insurance/finance background is a plus)

Skills & Competencies

Clear and professional communication (phone & email)
Able to work weekends and shifts between 8am – 9pm (MDT)
Must pass licensing exams within 90 days (company pays for this)
