MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to support our USA-based clients. The role involves driving business development, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

•  Receiving Inbound Calls
•  Making Outbound Calls
•  Contacting prospective clients and educating them on the product or service
•  Closing sales and providing after sales support
•  Actively assisting clients with their queries
•  Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
•  Overseeing an active CRM

Requirements

•  Computer proficiency
•  Proven experience in a sales role
•  Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Ability to upsell and close deals
•  Strong ability to multi-task
•  High attention to detail
