Description

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You’ll help our global users prep for interviews using our AI-powered tools, making sure they feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming support queries via chat and email (no phone calls).
Assist users with our web app, Chrome extension, and desktop app.
Troubleshoot issues and guide users to get the most out of our Interview Copilot tool.
Escalate bugs or unusual issues to the development team.
Help improve support processes, guides, and help documentation.

Requirements

Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service.
Basic understanding of web apps or tech tools is a plus.
