Description

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You’ll help our global users prep for interviews using our AI-powered tools, making sure they feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities

•  Handle incoming support queries via chat and email (no phone calls).
•  Assist users with our web app, Chrome extension, and desktop app.
•  Troubleshoot issues and guide users to get the most out of our Interview Copilot tool.
•  Escalate bugs or unusual issues to the development team.
•  Help improve support processes, guides, and help documentation.

Requirements

•  Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•  Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
•  Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional service.
•  Basic understanding of web apps or tech tools is a plus.
