ActivEngage is looking for a Customer Engagement Expert to deliver top-notch support through live chat. You’ll be helping customers make informed decisions while building trust and enhancing their online experience. This is a fully remote role, offering growth and training opportunities.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via live chat, providing timely and personalised responses.
Listen actively and adapt to each customer’s needs.
Use multiple platforms (Slack, Gmail, etc.) efficiently.
Participate in training and development sessions.
Maintain professionalism and keep cameras on during virtual meetings.

Requirements

Typing speed of 45 WPM+ and excellent written English.
Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills.
Basic computer troubleshooting ability.
Reliable internet and home office setup (desktop/laptop, webcam, headset, dual monitor).
Weekend availability after training.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Bilingual in English & Spanish is advantageous.
