Description
ActivEngage is looking for a Customer Engagement Expert to deliver top-notch support through live chat. You’ll be helping customers make informed decisions while building trust and enhancing their online experience. This is a fully remote role, offering growth and training opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat, providing timely and personalised responses.
- Listen actively and adapt to each customer’s needs.
- Use multiple platforms (Slack, Gmail, etc.) efficiently.
- Participate in training and development sessions.
- Maintain professionalism and keep cameras on during virtual meetings.
Requirements
- Typing speed of 45 WPM+ and excellent written English.
- Strong communication, listening, and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer troubleshooting ability.
- Reliable internet and home office setup (desktop/laptop, webcam, headset, dual monitor).
- Weekend availability after training.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is advantageous.
