We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrator to support our operations through effective financial management, stock control, and office administration. The role requires strong organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to liaise confidently with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage financial processes: debtors, creditors, PAYE, VAT, forex, and salaries.
Maintain financial records on QuickBooks, including reconciliations and cash flow projections.
Generate weekly/monthly financial reports and liaise with auditors.
Oversee stock management, storeroom accountability, and goods receiving/dispatch.
Handle general office administration: stationery, refreshments, reception, and telephony.

Matric or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1 year experience using QuickBooks.
