Description
The Wage Administrator will be responsible for verifying participant information, ensuring accurate wage payments, resolving payment queries, and maintaining compliance with payroll and data management systems.

Responsibilities
- Verify and update personal and payment information of CWP participants.
- Confirm accuracy of payment details and process pre-approvals.
- Liaise with site management on outstanding or incorrect information.
- Monitor and resolve payment issues, including rejections and resubmissions.
- Handle wage payment queries and deactivate ineligible or ghost participants.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- No prior experience required.

Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Data Management, EPWP/CWP MIS, Payroll Systems, and the Public Finance Management Act.
- Strong communication, teamwork, planning, and interpersonal skills.
