Description
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organised Registry Administrator to join a growing energy compliance team. This fully remote role is ideal for a South African candidate who is detail-oriented, can juggle multiple projects, and is comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Register and capture completed project inspections on the CHEERS online registry.
- Check documentation and ensure all compliance requirements are met before submission.
- Liaise with technicians, project managers and admin teams to gather outstanding information.
- Keep accurate records of all registered projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve registry issues or discrepancies.
- Stay up to date with compliance requirements and internal processes.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable working in a remote team environment.
