MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking highly skilled Microsoft Excel Administrators to support our USA-based clients. The role focuses on advanced data management, vehicle administration, and delivering accurate reports that enhance client operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

•  Receiving Inbound Calls
•  Making Outbound Calls
•  Managing gas allowances
•  Onboarding new staff with their vehicles
•  Ensuring the correct documentation is submitted for each vehicle
•  Auditing vehicle usage
•  Overseeing an active CRM
•  Managing processes for repairs or vehicle services
•  Tabulating data in the form of pivot tables
•  Making use of advanced formulas to display accurate representation of data

Requirements

•  Computer proficiency
•  Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
•  Ability to convert raw data into comprehensive reports using Microsoft Excel
•  Ability to accurately represent data in the form of pivot tables
•  Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel formulas
•  Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Ability to write clear and detailed reports
•  Strong ability to multi-task
•  High attention to detail
