Responsibilities
- Answer customer queries via chat, quickly and professionally.
- Share accurate info about NoGigiddy services and job opportunities.
- Help users navigate the platform and solve any problems.
- Keep customer satisfaction levels high through good communication.
- Work with the team to improve processes.
- Escalate complex issues to the right departments.
- Take part in training sessions to sharpen your skills.
Requirements
- No degree or previous work experience needed (training provided).
- Excellent written communication skills (English).
- Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Quiet workspace + reliable internet connection.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
