Responsibilities
- Make lots of calls through the company’s power dialer.
- In under 6 minutes, figure out if the person is serious about selling.
- Live transfer at least 8 qualified leads per week to closers.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (since you’ll be talking to international clients).
- Be comfortable making lots of calls daily using the company’s dialer.
- Strong communication skills – you must build trust fast over the phone.
- Be a self-starter who learns quickly without needing hand-holding.
- Tech-savvy – able to work with CRM systems, dialers, and remote tools.
- Must be coachable (willing to follow training and improve).
- Have a stable internet connection + laptop/PC + headset.
- Be available to work Monday to Friday, 14:30 – 23:30 SA time.

💰 Salary & Commission
- Basic Salary: Around R20,500 per month (USD $1,100).
- Commission: Uncapped earning potential – most reps earn between R32,000 to R54,000+ per month (USD $1,700 – $2,900+).
- All leads, systems, and support provided for your success.
📞 What You'll Do
- Make a high volume of calls using the company’s power dialer.
- In under 6 minutes, determine if a prospect is serious about selling.
- Live transfer at least 8 qualified leads per week to Closers.
- Update the CRM after every conversation to keep records accurate.
⏰ Daily Routine
- Start the day with a morning huddle at 14:30 SA time (8:30 AM EST) to review results and sharpen skills.
- Make sales calls throughout the day using the power dialer.
- Take a 1-hour lunch break at 20:30 SA time (12:30 PM EST).
- Workday ends at 23:30 SA time (5:30 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
📌 What’s Expected From You
- Complete self-onboarding and daily training.
- Achieve at least 1 of these daily targets:
- 2 live transfers, OR
- 25 conversations, OR
- 600 calls.
- Deliver at least 8 qualified live transfers per week.
