Description
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter (Remote, Full-Time, US Hours) to help qualify high-potential leads and support our sales pipeline through outreach, scheduling, and relationship management. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads that fit company criteria.
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email (using scripts + personal touch).
- Book discovery calls and free audits for the sales team.
- Maintain an organized and updated sales funnel.
- Collaborate with leadership on messaging and outreach strategy.
- Track progress, report results, and meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM/lead management tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Consultative, value-first approach to outreach.
- Fluent in English (Level B2 or higher).
- Ability to work 5 PM – 1 AM SAST (US EST hours).
