We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter (Remote, Full-Time, US Hours) to help qualify high-potential leads and support our sales pipeline through outreach, scheduling, and relationship management. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify leads that fit company criteria.
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email (using scripts + personal touch).
Book discovery calls and free audits for the sales team.
Maintain an organized and updated sales funnel.
Collaborate with leadership on messaging and outreach strategy.
Track progress, report results, and meet performance targets.

Details

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM/lead management tools.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Consultative, value-first approach to outreach.
Fluent in English (Level B2 or higher).
Ability to work 5 PM – 1 AM SAST (US EST hours).
