Responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to tickets
• Maintain desk SLA through adherence to schedules, defined processes and workplan
• Follow-up on customer calls where necessary
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures provide customers with accurate product and service information in an efficient manner

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Required)

Skills & Competencies

• Business acumen a necessity and a prerequisite to performing the work function
• Computer literate – MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Accurate with attention to detail
• Good communication skills (Oral & Written)
• Good telephonic skills to deal with customers, stores and operations managers
• Ability to work under pressure
• Highly organized
• You will need to be a team player with the ability to get along with others
• The position will require a self-motivated individual, with high levels of commitment and a good work ethic
