Description
We’re looking for a Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team. You’ll be handling admin tasks, keeping things organised, and making sure operations run smoothly in our remote setup.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel for executives
- Answer emails, calls, and other communication professionally
- Draft and edit reports, documents, and presentations
- Keep digital files and databases updated and organised
- Schedule and coordinate meetings (including reminders & materials)
- Assist with contracts, proposals, and onboarding new staff
- Support HR with admin tasks when needed
- Capture data and keep accurate records
- Conduct research and compile reports when requested
- Assist with special projects
Requirements
- Experience as an admin assistant or similar role
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
- Matric/Grade 12 required
