We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Reports Administrator to join a dynamic Reports Team supporting international surveying operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of client reports while offering high-level administrative support to surveyors. Details

Responsibilities

Verify receipt of all client terms and essential information before processing begins.
Review surveyor-issued reports to ensure they meet internal KPIs and quality standards.
Flag reports requiring revisions and liaise with surveyors to implement necessary updates.
Issue finalised reports to clients in a timely manner.
Manage inbound client queries via phone and email professionally and efficiently.
Act as the first point of escalation for client complaints; collaborate with surveyors and management to resolve issues.
Participate in weekly Teams meetings with the surveying team.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements for report administration.
Research and recommend new tools and technologies to streamline the reporting process.
