Responsibilities

• Capture and verify data from records into systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Identify and correct data errors or omissions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records and backups.
• Distribute marksheets, statements of results, and certificates.
• Provide data and reports to campus management and departments.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• National Diploma in Management Assistant or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of data capturing processes and office administration.
• Familiarity with ITS systems (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s license (added advantage).
