Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Product Development team.
• Maintain and update product records, reports, and meeting documents.
• Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Process supplier documentation and manage filing systems.
• Assist with marketing briefs, recipe manuals, and internal communication.
• Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field – Advantageous
• 1–3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in retail.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to work well within a team.
