Description
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is a South African-based Company focused predominantly on staffing for USA-based clients. We provide high-caliber staff, filling various roles in a multitude of industries across the USA. Our turnaround time is expedited, and all items are expected to be completed within a day.
We are seeking Call Centre Agents with 1 year of experience to work hand-in-hand with our USA-based clients, providing high-quality business development and enhancing their sales growth.
Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3 pm-12 am, daylight saving time dependent)
Responsibilities
- Receiving Inbound Calls.
- Making Outbound Calls.
- Actively assisting clients with their queries.
- Building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Overseeing an active CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year call centre experience (inbound and/or outbound)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral or clear accent preferred for USA clients)
- Strong customer service and sales orientation
- Ability to work USA EST hours (15:00 – 00:00, daylight-saving dependent)
- Willingness to work office-based in Houghton Estate, Johannesburg
