Required Documents

Submit:

• A fully completed New Z83 application form, effective from 1 January 2021.
• A detailed curriculum vitae.

The e-Recruitment System automatically generates a Z83 form when the applicant applies and selects the option to generate the form.

Applicants are not required to submit copies of qualifications or other supporting documents with the initial application.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other relevant documents to Human Resources on or before the interview date.

Non-South African citizens or permanent-residence permit holders may also be required to submit a copy of their permanent-residence permit.

Z83 Information

The Z83 form generated through the e-Recruitment System is currently not signable.

Applicants who submit an unsigned system-generated Z83 form will not be disqualified for that reason. They may be requested to sign the form on or before the interview date.

Applicants should review their submitted applications under “My Job Applications.”

The system-generated Z83 may not display work experience and qualifications, but information captured in the applicant’s profile will be available to the recruitment team.

Important Notes

• Failure to provide all required documents when requested will result in disqualification.
• Correspondence will be limited to shortlisted candidates.
• Applicants who are not contacted within six months after the closing date should regard their applications as unsuccessful.
• Selected candidates will undergo personnel suitability checks.
• Checks may include criminal-record, citizenship, financial or asset-record, qualification, study and previous-employment verification.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a practical exercise and an integrity assessment.
• Where applicable, candidates may be required to complete a skills or knowledge test.
• Successful candidates will undergo security-clearance processes.
• The source states that successful candidates will be appointed on a probation period of 12/24 months.
• Misrepresentation in application documents will result in automatic disqualification and may lead to disciplinary action after appointment.
