However, the question in Part F concerning conditions that may prevent reappointment must be answered, and the declaration must be signed.
Failure to fully complete, initial and sign the Z83 form will result in disqualification.
Only shortlisted candidates will be required to provide certified copies of qualifications and other supporting documents on or before the interview date.
Non-South African citizens or permanent residence permit holders with foreign qualifications will be required to provide a South African Qualifications Authority evaluation report when shortlisted.
