PepsiCo is offering a 12-month Sales Learnership Programme aimed at developing young talent with a strong interest in sales and marketing. This structured programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, providing a strong foundation in customer relationship management, sales execution, brand promotion, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Participate in theoretical and on-the-job training
- Meet revenue, volume, and new business targets
- Ensure 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate
- Manage stock and cash responsibly
- Pull and analyse sales reports for route improvement
- Maintain company assets and comply with policies
Requirements
- Completed 3-year qualification in Business or Commerce
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license and Public Driver’s Permit (PDP)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment
