Description
RCL Foods is offering a 12-month SETA-accredited Baking Learnership through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy. The programme provides hands-on baking experience, structured training, mentorship, and coaching. Successful learners will obtain a formal SAQA-endorsed qualification and gain practical skills needed within the baking and manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all baking-related training and practical sessions.
- Assist with daily bakery operations as guided by mentors and supervisors.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Complete all required assessments and learning modules.
- Demonstrate commitment, creativity, and a willingness to learn within the bakery environment.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Hospitality Studies and Maths Literacy (essential).
