PepsiCo is inviting applications for its 12-month Sales Learnership.

This learnership is aimed at young people who want to kick-start a career in sales and gain practical workplace experience.

Successful learners will gain exposure to sales operations, negotiation skills, fieldwork, workplace training and customer-facing sales activities.

The programme is suitable for candidates with a qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management who are willing to work in the field and commit to a 12-month fixed-term learnership.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence.
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a defensive driver training test.
• Must be willing to work in the field as part of the role.
• Must be criminal-clear.
• Must be credit-clear.
• Must be available for a 12-month fixed-term learnership.
• Must be available to start on 01 August 2026.
