Hyundai is looking for motivated and energetic individuals who are passionate about people, cars and building a successful career in automotive sales.

This programme is designed to develop future Sales Executives through hands-on experience, structured training and mentorship within a leading automotive brand.

Successful candidates will gain exposure to the automotive retail environment while learning how to support customers, understand vehicle products and participate in the sales process.

Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Participating in the Hyundai Sales Trainee Programme.
• Learning vehicle product knowledge.
• Learning automotive sales techniques.
• Supporting Sales Executives with customer interactions.
• Supporting Sales Executives with the sales process.
• Engaging with customers to understand their needs.
• Recommending suitable vehicle solutions to customers.
• Maintaining showroom standards.
• Upholding the Hyundai brand.
• Building strong customer relationships.
• Achieving training objectives.
• Gaining hands-on exposure to the automotive retail environment.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 / Matric.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong interest in a career in automotive sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
