Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of learning and development services.
• Execute predefined objectives according to agreed standard operating procedures.
• Manage administration.
• Interact with Inbound or Outbound consultants to support daily customer service quality targets.
• Drive participation in weekly skills audit tests.
• Support knowledge improvement and correct workplace behaviours.
• Support the achievement of desired outcomes through exceptional results.
• Support the resolution of customer requests at the first point of contact.
• Support team achievement of targets set according to quarterly performance contracts.
• Ensure assessments are conducted.
• Ensure appropriate coaching sessions are completed.
• Support achievement of contracted service level agreements.
• Support productivity targets according to quarterly performance contracts.
• Maintain a lower number of outbound transfer calls as set in performance contracts.
• Support adherence to schedule targets.
• Ensure adherence to required in-office time.

Requirements

• Further Education and Training Certificate in Education, Training and Development.
