Description

Braun Management is looking for a Project Manager Intern to support its fully remote consulting team.

The intern will provide operational and administrative support for large client projects, including an engagement involving a major South African organisation. The role focuses on tracking project activity, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring important tasks are completed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines.
• Track outstanding tasks and approaching deadlines.
• Update consultants on pending project activities.
• Prepare concise meeting summaries.
• Record project decisions and assigned responsibilities accurately.
• Organise documents relating to European governance structures and client information.
• Coordinate executive interviews and team-review sessions across different time zones.
• Check whether client reports are consistent with previous findings and available evidence.
• Assist with preparing written recommendations and proposed project actions.
• Monitor project resources and administrative activities.
• Help maintain operational efficiency across consulting projects.
• Research market requirements for clients planning to expand into the DACH region.
• Maintain clear project logs and supporting documentation.
