Description

This is a contract role for a call centre sales and service consultant based in the Johannesburg Metropolitan area. The consultant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and facilitating sales processes. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, offering product information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

The role requires on-site presence and collaboration with the sales and service teams to drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities

•  Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers
•  Use upselling techniques to suggest additional products and upgrades
•  Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
•  Resolve customer issues and complaints and address any questions or concerns
•  Inform customers about ongoing sales, promotions, and special deals
•  Provide customers with accurate product information
•  Demonstrate product features and benefits
•  Achieve sales targets within schedule and manage the sales cycle
•  Stay up-to-date on product features and changes
•  Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

•  Matric
•  Experience: Call Center Agent, Customer Service Agent, Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, Sales Advisor, Sales Agent, Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, Salesperson, Telesales
•  English
•  Within 15km from job
•  Clear criminal record
