Clipboard Health is looking for sharp, customer-focused go-getters to join their team as Client Support Specialists. Think of it as more than just a call centre gig — you’ll actually be managing relationships with healthcare facilities, sorting out their issues, and making sure they stick around as happy clients.

Responsibilities

•  Be the first point of contact for healthcare facilities via phone and email.
•  Solve customer issues from start to finish (no handballing problems).
•  Prevent clients from leaving (churn) and keep them happy.
•  Handle around 30 calls + 15 emails daily.
•  Work independently — no micromanaging, you run with it.

Requirements

•  People’s person: you genuinely care about helping customers.
•  Strong English: must be able to speak and write clearly and professionally.
•  Problem solver: don’t just follow scripts, but think on your feet.
•  Reliable: they want someone who owns their work and gets things done.
•  Reliable laptop/PC (no Chromebook or Linux).
•  20 Mbps+ wired internet (fibre or stable connection).
•  Wired headset.
•  Quiet workspace (no background noise).
•  Stable power (inverter/UPS helps with loadshedding).
