Details

Responsibilities

Engage clients via outbound calls to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Activate targeted lead sources (e.g., Vitality Store referrals, cross-sell campaigns).
Pitch campaign and products, identify sales opportunities and gain interest to quote.
Book appointments or transfer warm leads to Discovery Integration Specialists.
Capture dispositions and call outcome accurately and meet lead generation targets.
Collaborate closely with the Integration Specialists and Team Leader to optimize lead flow and conversion.
Support campaign execution and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Warm up and qualify leads for handover to Integration Specialists.
Drive client engagement through campaign-based outreach.
Achieve daily and weekly lead generation and engagement targets.
Accurately capture and maintain lead interaction data.
Provide actionable feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Support the execution of targeted lead activation strategies.

Details

Requirements

Matric (essential).
No prior experience required — ideal for candidates looking to start a career in sales or call centre environments.
Advantageous: Exposure to customer service, sales, or lead generation environments.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Comfortable engaging with clients over the phone.
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
