About the Opportunity

The Department of Employment and Labour is inviting applications for the position of Client Service Officer: IES.

This opportunity is based at the Lusikisiki Labour Centre in the Eastern Cape. The successful candidate will provide client service support as the first point of entry within Registration Services and assist with complaints related to Inspection and Enforcement Services labour legislation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Render services at the helpdesk as the first point of entry within Registration Services.
• Resolve complaints on IES labour legislation received from clients within the scope of the IES SOP.
• Render general administrative duties.
• Participate in advocacy sessions when required.

Requirements

• Grade 12
• No experience needed
