About the Opportunity

The Department of Employment and Labour is inviting applications for two Client Services Officer: Compensation Fund posts.

The available posts are based at the Mthatha Labour Centre and the Gqeberha Labour Centre in the Eastern Cape. The successful candidates will assist with Compensation Fund client services, claims registration, employer services and related client queries.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and verify documents for registration.
• Register claims on the operational system.
• Assist employer services at the kiosk, online system and service centre.
• Handle all service-related queries and complaints.

Minimum Requirements

• Matriculation / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
