Required Documents

Submit:

• A fully completed New Z83 application form.
• A recent comprehensive curriculum vitae.
• Details of contactable referees, including telephone numbers and email addresses.

The New Z83 form may be obtained from any Public Service Department or downloaded from:

• Office of the Chief Justice website
• DPSA vacancies website

The Z83 form must be fully completed, signed and initialled on both pages.

Applications submitted using the old Z83 form will not be considered.

Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of qualifications and other related documents on or before the interview date, following communication from Human Resources.

Applicants with foreign qualifications must provide the required qualification evaluation.

Important Notes

• The application must contain the correct job title, advertised office and reference number.
• Late or non-compliant applications will not be considered.
• Failure to submit all requested documents will result in the application not being considered.
• Shortlisted candidates will undertake a practical exercise and an integrity assessment.
• Applicants may be required to consent to access to their social-media accounts.
• Suitable candidates will undergo personnel suitability checks.
• Checks may include criminal-record, financial, qualification, citizenship, social-media, reference and employment verification.
• Successful candidates must enter into an employment contract and performance agreement within three months of appointment.
• Successful candidates must undergo security clearance within three months of appointment.
• Correspondence will be limited to shortlisted candidates.
• Applicants who are not contacted within three months after the closing date should regard their applications as unsuccessful.
• The Office of the Chief Justice reserves the right not to make an appointment.
• Personal information submitted during recruitment will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act.
