Description

Braun Management is looking for an entry-level Workflow Automation Assistant to join its fully remote consulting team.

The successful candidate will support the digital systems used to connect internal analysis with client information. The role involves maintaining automated workflows, checking data accuracy, documenting processes and helping ensure that project information moves reliably between different systems.

Responsibilities

• Map manual workflows and identify opportunities to reduce data loss and human error through automation.
• Configure and maintain automation scripts that transfer information between document databases and project logs.
• Monitor daily automated outputs for accuracy.
• Help ensure that client reports are supported by reliable information.
• Document workflow sequences in clear, understandable language.
• Organise and categorise client data.
• Participate in testing automated tools and internal systems.
• Help improve tools used to track organisational and operational problems.
• Suggest logical improvements to standard administrative processes.
• Update internal records when data-processing and storage procedures change.
• Maintain accurate documentation for processes and system updates.
• Support the operations and consulting teams with automation-related tasks.
