Description

Braun Management is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join its fully remote consulting team.

The successful candidate will gather, organise, and interpret organisational information for consulting projects involving infrastructure and operational assets. The analysis will help identify inefficient processes, unclear accountability, and delays in organisational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Organise and clean internal datasets.
• Identify patterns relating to operational difficulties and delayed decision-making.
• Analyse client reports to understand how accountability moves through management structures and departments.
• Assist with preparing evidence-based documents for executive teams.
• Research European corporate-governance requirements, including works councils and two-tier board structures.
• Maintain project trackers and follow investigative tasks through to completion.
• Document project findings and supporting evidence accurately.
• Identify inconsistencies in performance and operational reporting across infrastructure projects.
• Convert complex business systems into clear written briefs.
• Provide analytical support to senior consultants during client engagements.
• Help ensure recommendations are supported by accurate and verifiable information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheet tools.
• Basic understanding of data-visualisation tools and principles.
• Ability to interpret business trends and organisational patterns.
• Strong written communication.
• Interest in how large organisations function.
