This opportunity is designed for unemployed individuals between 18–35 years who are passionate about entering the insurance industry. The programme combines structured classroom learning with practical experience in underwriting and claims.

Requirements

•  Age: 18-35 years old (unemployed)
•  Education: Must have passed matric with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy (40% +) as well as English First Language or First Additional Language (40% +)
•  Must not have participated in an INSETA Learnership in the past 18 months.
•  Location: Must be based in Cape Town.
