Description

Sanlam Corporate is offering a 12-month Learnership Programme aimed at empowering unemployed South African youth through practical experience and a nationally recognized qualification (Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF Level 4). This structured programme combines classroom learning with on-the-job training, providing a platform to develop key skills within the financial services industry. Successful learners may be considered for permanent junior-level roles upon completion.

Requirements

•  Must be a South African citizen
•  Must not currently be employed
•  Must not hold a tertiary qualification
•  Must be aged between 18 and 35 years
•  Must have passed Grade 12 Mathematics / Mathematics Literacy / Accounting and English with a minimum mark of 50% each
•  Must have a good command of English (read, write and speak fluently)
•  Be willing to commit to complete the 12-month Programme, which includes a full qualification, a Certificate in Wealth Management, NQF Level 4
•  Have a clear criminal and credit record
•  Have access to reliable transport
