TWK Agri is inviting applications for the position of Clerk: Finance within the Financial Services division in Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will provide financial and administrative support by handling daily invoicing, capturing payments, performing reconciliations, managing deposit allocations, assisting with month-end and year-end processes, and maintaining accurate finance records.

This role is suitable for candidates with financial administration experience, strong numerical ability, good organisation skills, MS Office proficiency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Perform account reconciliations.
• Perform asset reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end financial processes.
• Assist with year-end financial processes.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Monitor budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements.
• Assist with asset management and record keeping.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain filing systems and financial databases.
• Support efficient financial administration processes.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Finance or Accounting qualification will be advantageous.
• 1–2 years’ financial administration experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of financial processes and reconciliations.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
