Responsibilities

Market Old Mutual financial products to new and existing clients.
Engage with customers telephonically to understand their financial needs.
Provide professional customer service and financial guidance.
Identify sales opportunities and promote suitable financial solutions.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Manage time and tasks effectively to meet performance targets.

Details

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12.
Diploma, Degree, N6, or NQF Level 5 Wealth Management qualification.
Age between 18 – 35 years.
6–12 months sales or call centre experience (preferred).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
Clear criminal and credit record.
Previous financial services experience is advantageous.
