Responsibilities

• Participate fully in the 12-month learnership programme

• Support day-to-day operational activities as assigned
• Follow instructions and workplace procedures carefully
• Work safely within a structured and safety-focused environment
• Take part in on-the-job training and development activities
• Build workplace knowledge and operational skills throughout the programme

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Basic computer literacy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work in a team
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and reliability
• Relevant qualification in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field will be an advantage
• Candidates currently studying toward a related qualification may also have an advantage
