Motus Corporation is inviting applications for its YES (Youth Employment Service) Learnership Programme based at Motus Head Office in Johannesburg. This 12-month opportunity is designed for motivated young South Africans who want to gain valuable workplace experience, strengthen their professional skills, and improve their long-term employability.

The programme provides practical exposure in a structured corporate environment and is suited to candidates with qualifications in Internal Audit or Information Technology-related fields. It is ideal for young people who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and build a strong foundation for future career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in the YES Learnership Programme for the full contract period
• Gain practical workplace experience in a professional Motus environment
• Develop job-related and professional skills through structured exposure
• Support assigned teams and workplace activities as directed
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic throughout the programme

Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 29 years old
• Must be currently unemployed
• Must be a South African citizen
• Must have a clear criminal record
• Must have a qualification in one of the following fields:

Internal Audit pathway

• BCom Internal Audit
• Financial Services
• BCom
• BSc IT

Information Technology pathway

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology
• Higher Certificate in Information Technology (NQF 5)
• ICT qualification (NQF 6)
