Job Description

OUTsurance is inviting applications for a Call Centre Learnership based in Centurion, Gauteng.

This is a 12-month structured work-based learnership programme aimed at unemployed youth who want to gain workplace experience.

The programme gives learners an opportunity to develop practical call centre skills and gain exposure to the financial services and insurance industry.

Successful applicants will enter into a fixed-term learnership agreement for 12 months and receive a stipend.

This is a learning opportunity, not an employment contract.

About the Learnership

Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• Completed Matric / Grade 12.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent NQF qualification.

INSETA Learnership Requirements

To qualify for the INSETA learnership programme, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Not have previously been on a learnership.
• Be unemployed in the last 6 months.
