The Office of the Premier is inviting applications for the Data Analysis Interns opportunity based in Johannesburg.

This 24-month internship programme is designed to give recent graduates meaningful workplace experience in data analysis, service delivery interventions, and evidence-based decision-making within government. Responsibilities

• Complete all tasks assigned in relation to the internship post.
• Support data analysis and service delivery intervention activities.
• Assist with operational and administrative tasks within the directorate.
• Participate in workplace learning and development throughout the internship period.

Requirements

• An NQF Level 6, 7, or 8 qualification in one of the following:
  • Information Technology
  • Data Science
  • Statistics
  • Business Intelligence
  • Applied Mathematics
  • Computer Engineering
  • Econometrics
  • Quantitative Analysis
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be a resident of Gauteng Province.
• Must be an unemployed graduate.
• Must not have participated in a government internship programme before.
• Applicants should have completed their undergraduate or postgraduate studies by the end of the 2025 academic year.
