Cape Union Mart is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join the Pretoria East store for the festive season. The role involves driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards to ensure a world-class shopping experience.

Responsibilities

•  Provide exceptional customer service using effective selling techniques.
•  Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
•  Identify opportunities to maximise and drive sales.
•  Adhere to stock loss prevention and control measures.
•  Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards.
•  Contribute to creating a positive and engaging store environment.

Requirements

•  Preferred: Matric or equivalent qualification.
•  Preferred: 6 months retail experience.
•  Clear criminal record.
•  Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
•  Passion for customer service and sales.
