The Branch Consultant will provide frontline sales, client service, and administrative support to ensure smooth branch operations. The role focuses on promoting financial products, maintaining strong client relationships, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

•  Promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
•  Provide professional client service and clear communication.
•  Handle administrative duties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
•  Maintain client records and process transactions.
•  Support the branch in meeting sales and service objectives.

Requirements

•  Minimum Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
•  At least 6 months’ experience in sales, administration, or client service.
•  Clear ITC record and no criminal record.
