Responsibilities

Process client payments accurately and on time.
Maintain up-to-date payment records and client data.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding payments.
Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and reconciliations.
Collaborate closely with finance and administrative teams.
Ensure processes comply with internal guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

Matric certificate (Accounting as a subject at school will be an advantage).
Own transport and valid driver’s license.

Skills & Competencies

Strong numerical ability and above-average verbal reasoning skills.
Solid administrative background.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Computer literacy and experience with data systems.
Fluent in Afrikaans & English.
