Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Contact Centre Agent to join our team in Linbro Park, Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide technical support to merchants and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of queries while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and written support to merchants and customers.
- Resolve technical queries and troubleshoot terminal equipment.
- Follow up on unresolved enquiries and research misapplied payments.
- Identify, document, and escalate recurring issues or trends.
- Recommend process improvements and ensure adherence to workflows.
- Provide after-hours or standby support when required.
Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- Relevant qualification in Contact Centre, Customer Service, or related field (advantageous).
- Experience in a technical contact centre environment (Payments industry advantageous).
- Professional conduct with strong customer service orientation.
