The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the store by assisting customers, maintaining store standards, supporting product flow, handling sales transactions, and helping the team deliver strong retail performance. Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service to every customer
• Assist with sales transactions involving cash, card, and other payment methods
• Support ticketing of products and check paperwork against received stock
• Assist with product flow from the stockroom to the sales floor when needed
• Help maintain merchandise displays based on store guidance
• Build proficiency in the point-of-sale system and follow company procedures
• Use effective selling techniques, including add-on selling and explaining product features
• Greet customers and help them find suitable products
• Support front-door greeting duties during busy periods when required
• Maintain housekeeping standards, including store cleaning
• Help protect company assets and support loss prevention procedures
• Report suspicious activity and follow security procedures
• Participate in in-store and digital training to improve product knowledge and role performance
• Build awareness of store performance tools and product trends

Requirements

• Matric certificate
• 0 to 1 years of retail experience
• Passion for retail and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take initiative
