Clientele Life is inviting applications for a Telesales Consultant opportunity based in Sandton, Gauteng. This permanent call centre sales role is ideal for experienced candidates who can sell insurance and financial products over the phone while delivering strong customer service and meeting performance targets.

The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, identify customer needs, explain products clearly, recommend suitable solutions, maintain accurate records, and build strong client relationships. This role is well suited to a driven and professional sales candidate who is comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients
• Sell insurance and financial products in line with company guidelines
• Provide accurate product information and professional customer advice
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems accordingly
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months telesales experience selling long-term or short-term insurance policies
• At least 12 months of call centre sales experience within insurance or financial services
• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent
• South African citizen
• Clear criminal record
• Must not be debarred or awaiting debarment
