TWK Agri is inviting applications for a Cleaner position within the Manufactured Timber Products division at Rutland Sawmill in White River, Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, hygienic, and organised workplace by carrying out daily cleaning and housekeeping duties across office and workshop areas.

This role is suitable for candidates with Matric / Grade 12 who are trustworthy, reliable, professional, and able to safely handle cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic work environment.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks in offices and workspaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum office and work areas.
• Clean and sanitise office areas, workshops, and toilets.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, walls, doors, and windowsills.
• Clean interior windows.
• Ensure general tidiness of the office environment.
• Empty and manage waste bins.
• Refill bathroom supplies such as soap.
• Wash curtains and cleaning cloths when required.
• Prepare tea and coffee for staff.
• Report maintenance or plumbing issues to the relevant safety officers.
• Carry out general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure the workplace remains organised, presentable, and functional.

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Rigorous technical cleaning abilities.
• Ability to safely handle chemical products.
• Strong time management skills.
• Good organising skills.
• Must be trustworthy and reliable.
• Must be able to conduct oneself professionally.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
