TWK Agri is inviting applications for a Clerk: Admin position within the Trade division at Standerton Mechanisation in Standerton, Mpumalanga.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. The role includes processing purchase orders and invoices, receiving stock, handling banking and sales reconciliations, preparing reports, capturing data, managing workshop-related enquiries, and performing general office duties.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with Matric / Grade 12 who are computer literate, organised, professional, and able to communicate well with customers, staff, and departments.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and invoices.
• Receive stock.
• Handle banking, sales, and reconciliation duties.
• Prepare reports and capture data.
• Summarise information for reporting purposes.
• Perform general office duties.
• Manage workshop-related enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to enquiries.
• Prepare booking confirmations, job cards, invoices, and receipts.
• Ensure paperwork is accurate and follows company policies.
• Perform data entry duties.
• Maintain filing and record-keeping systems.
• Ensure workshop-related documentation is properly organised and accessible.
• Assist the parts department with sales.
• Assist the parts department with stock takes.
• Support smooth daily operations within the business unit.
