Details

Responsibilities

Operate and support automated packaging and production equipment
Perform line cleaning and housekeeping according to safety standards
Conduct pre-start checks to ensure equipment readiness and hygiene
Monitor product and packaging quality and report faults immediately
Identify process abnormalities and take corrective action
Clean machinery in line with manufacturer and site procedures
Prepare and verify raw materials before production runs
Follow all health, safety, quality, and environmental regulations
Complete learnership assessments, logbooks, and assigned coursework
Contribute to a safe, efficient, and sustainable factory environment

Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric) with Mathematics and Science, OR
N2 / N3 / N4 Engineering qualification
Must be unemployed at the time of application
Willingness to work in a factory-based, onsite environment
Ability to commit to a 12-month learnership programme
Residing in or able to relocate (at own cost) to Newlands, KZN
